Because of our low impact, on-site modular design, the Mod+ Estate Plan can provide a living space within three months of approval, by building the ADU first and the primary residence second, providing extra flexibility to our clients.
First talk to us about how equity, resale value and financing works, but if you’re still looking for a shipping container modification, we can deliver a modification-ready container in less than two weeks. and additional custom modifications will be made on site.
